I went to Mission Street Food with some friends this past Saturday for a dinner featuring pig. Although they were sold out of the Dr. Pepper ribs by the time we got there (sad face!) they added what turned out to be my favorite dish of the night - ham hock hash with goat cheese and parsley oil. it was yum.

So here are the hocks, in situ. He also might be wearing pink legwarmers.
