Butchery of Neapolitan pizza.

Note the double zero flour, san marzano tomato and buffalo mozz. I guess there should be some olive oil on top too....

And TOTALLY unrelated, I'm dying to try Anthony Mangieri's new pizza place in SF - Una Pizza Napoletana.
